Personally curated and drawn by Master Distiller Brian Nation, this 2016 release is composed entirely of exceptionally rare single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys. Each component is aged patiently between 12 and 25 years inside individually select, first-fill flame-charred American ex-Bourbon oak casks. The result is an incredibly smooth, deceptively complex masterpiece. This highly collectible investment-grade set comes beautifully preserved in its original tongue-and-groove oak display case, complete with the numbered distillery certificate of authenticity booklet.
Tasting Notes:

Nose: Richly complex and welcoming. Gentle top notes of jam doughnuts and sweet orange marmalade weave beautifully into vanilla fudge, crisp green apple, and spiced oak.

Palate: A deeply velvety, creamy mouthfeel. Vibrant layers of waxy tropical fruits, poached pears, and crème brûlée run alongside structured notes of grated nutmeg, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallow.
