What makes this 12-year-old expression truly unique and beloved is that part of the blend was matured in casks that once held Umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur). This process imparts its signature, iconic tasting notes of juicy marmalade, plum wine, and sweet honey, which are not found in any other Hibiki release.
