It is a harmonious blend of rare malt and grain whiskies, aged for at least 21 years in a variety of casks, including precious Mizunara (Japanese oak).
The resulting whisky is exceptionally smooth, profound, and complex, with signature notes of sandalwood, apricot, orange blossom, and cooked fruit. The finish is famously long, with a lingering echo of incense and spice.
