This series is a rare showcase of peated Macallan spirit, created as a tribute to the distillery’s “spiritual home,” the Easter Elchies House. This 2019 vintage balances the distillery’s classic rich fruit and sherry character with an aromatic, smoky peat influence.
Matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks and bottled at a high strength of 49.7% ABV, this is a complex and powerful single malt with notes of bright apple, ripe pear, dried apricot, and a warming, gentle smokiness.
This highly sought-after, discontinued release is a must-have for any serious Macallan investor or collector.
