Cask Composition & Whisky Mastery Crafted by Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan alongside Joan, Josep, and Jordi Roca, the liquid was married from a bespoke combination of six European and American oak sherry-seasoned and ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at a bold strength of 49.5% ABV, this release reflects the sweet street-food nuances of big-apple peanut brittle, classic diner baked apple pie, and rich roasted coffee. The global release was strictly limited to 1,000 individually numbered bottles worldwide.
