Created in collaboration with the world-renowned Roca brothers of Spain’s three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca, the Mexico Edition is a sensory exploration celebrating the vibrant soul, rich heritage, and festive iconography of Mexico’s famed Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).

Craftsmanship & Maturation To reflect the warmth, spices, and spirit of Mexico, Macallan Whisky Maker Diane Stuart and the Roca brothers crafted this expression from a precise combination of first-fill European oak and American oak sherry-seasoned casks. Bottled at a tailored strength of 48% ABV, this release was strictly limited to 2,000 individually numbered bottles worldwide.

Artisan Presentation & Packaging Housed in an exquisite, bespoke presentation case loaded with regional symbolism:

• Exterior: Distinctive off-white textured outer case debossed with intricate topographical geometric patterns referencing the Mexican landscape.

• Interior: Opens to reveal an electric marigold-magenta 3D structural matrix and brushed metallic plinth.

• Artwork Inlay: The interior door features an exclusive, vivid contemporary illustration by celebrated Mexican street artist Alfredo Conrique (Pogo), depicting traditional Day of the Dead and Catrina iconography.
