A beautiful bottle of 1948 Grande Champagne Cognac, bottled in 1976 in France by P Frapin & Co. for UK wine and spirits merchant Berry Bros & Rudd. The label carries a royal warrant by appointment to HM The Queen.
The 1948 Frapin Cognac, specially bottled for Berry Brothers & Rudd. Unlike many of their cognacs from around this time, this was aged and bottled in France, rather than being shipped early and bottled by Berry’s in Basingstoke. This leads to a richer, more robust style.
A fantastic bottle for any collector, full of history….. very rare now and hard to find in this condition.
